UX/UI Designer

As a full-time UX/UI Designer, I increased the site’s consistency and workflow efficiency by 75% by leading the creation of a design system in Figma. As well, through interviews, I empathized with the client’s pain points and, consequently, redesigned the follow-up email’s flow, which lowered user’s complains by 15%.

As a UX intern, I conducted 5 remote interviews to understand more about the behaviors of marketplace consumers. After analyzing the results, I designed the interactions, flows, and visuals for new features on the marketplace. After this, I received a bonus for outstanding performance.
