I come from a Japanese Peruvian home in the Peruvian jungle, where I grew up fascinated by music and the arts. When I was 8, I moved to the city and developed an interest in technology. I created my first travel blog at 13, never realizing that this moment would foreshadow my future path.
I initially majored in music for two years but eventually graduated in advertising in 2023.
Before graduating, I worked as a digital planner for my university’s social media. Thanks to a teacher who recognized my potential, I had the opportunity to work in UX/UI before graduation. I learned a lot from my seniors and the agile environment I was in, which solidified my decision to pursue a career in design.
My passion for technology and design led me to study a multimedia design & development program in Canada after graduating from university. I’ve been humbled by the many good people I’ve met along my journey, and I aim to continue growing as a multidisciplinary UX/UI and visual designer.
